It is required that you list all educational institutions you have attended. Failure to do so may result in the administrative withdrawal of your application, change in admission status or dismissal from the college. High School / GED: Indicate your high school information here. High school transcripts are required of all students applying to undergraduate programs. If you earned a GED, indicate that in this section of the application. For undergraduate applicants, official GED scores must be submitted. Graduate students do not need to send high school transcripts as part of the application process.
Post-Secondary Institutions: List all colleges, universities, professional, technical and business schools you have attended. Report all institutions regardless of whether or not credit or a degree was earned. Official transcripts will be required to complete the application process.

At the very least the student will be unable to attend a clinical or field site until cleared to do so. Other potential consequences may include suspension or expulsion.
